ABP Approve Planning at Link Road:-

An Board Pleanala has approved the planning permission (ref:FW16A/0176) granted for the site between Portersgate and the Clonsilla Link Road. The development of 103 residential units and a local neighbourhood centre is at a lower density than the previous application here.

Aside from the standard conditions attached, the developers must provide detailed proposals for the access from Portersgate Heights to the public open space on the northern part of the site. No hot food takeaways, bookmakers or totem sign shall be permitted as part of the development.
