Planning at Phibblestown House

Menolly Homes have applied for planning permission for development at

Phibblestown House & Grounds, Phibblestown, Hansfield Road, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 (FW11A/0116)

The site is north-east of Hansfield Road and south-west of the existing development within the curtilage of Phibblestown House and Grounds, which is listed as a Protected Structure (Ref 702). 

The proposed development consists of the demolition of an existing single storey dwelling and construction of a new dwelling (136m²), including for all associated site development and infrastructural works, open spaces, landscaping action a site area of 0.55ha. 

Access is to be provided from the existing permitted avenue from Phibblestown House. The proposed development will result in a modification of condition no. 11 of parent permission for Phibblestown House development F03a/1217.
