Free Workshops and Writer Talks

Fingal Libraries have launched ”The Write Time” a free programme of events featuring a range of workshops and writer talks. The programme, running from the 12th Oct – 12th November in various branches across the county is free, but booking is essential as places are limited.

The talks and workshops focus on many different themes, from writing to travel, and the challenges of writing bilingually. The full list of events can be found on https://www.facebook.com/FingalLibraries/ .

Speaking at the launch, Betty Boardman, County Librarian, commented ‘Fingal County Council is delighted to be holding this series of creative events in its libraries over the next few weeks. The workshops and talks from established authors and facilitators will provide inspiration and a practical way forward for budding writers’.
