Work Begins on Tyrrelstown Park
Tuesday, September 25, 2012
Work is due to commence on the construction of footpaths in Tyrrelstown Park this week. The work was delayed due to adverse weather conditions over the summer. The contractor will be moving in today to set up a compound in preparation for the start of the work. It is estimated that the work will take a number of weeks. The works to the pitches will also start using the topsoil excavated from the paths.
Fingal County Council are also completing the refurbishment work to the two pedestrian bridges, and it is hoped to have them ready for installation during October.
A further update will be provided at next weeks Area Committee Meeting. If you require any further clarification in the meantime please contact me.
