Local Area Plan for kellystown

The Council's Planning and Strategic Infrastructure Department is commencing preparation of a Local Area Plan for Kellystown, Dublin 15.   A public notice will appear in the Dublin Gazette today, Thursday the 20^th of June advertising the publication of a Strategic Issues Paper for Kellystown and inviting submissions from the public at the Pre-Draft stage.  Submissions for this Pre-Draft stage are invited up to Wednesday the 31^st of July 2019.

The Planning team are eager to ascertain your views with regard to the future development of this key strategic land bank and would value your input into the preparation of the Plan.

A Strategic  Issues Paper sets out the key issues to be considered in preparing the LAP. 

A public information event will be held in Blanchardstown Library on Wednesday the 3^rd of July 2019 between 4.00pm and 8.00pm.
