New Buildings for St Patrick's Junior & Senior Schools.

The development will consist of the demolition of existing junior and senior school buildings, reduced site levels, construction of a new two storey school building with 36 classrooms, 2 general purpose halls and a senior school breakfast club / parent room and all ancillary facilities (total area 5866 sqm).
There will be 72 car parking spaces, 150 bicycle spaces, a new vehicular entrance and 2 pedestrian entrances, a new boundary treatment, 4 ball courts, hard and soft play areas including all associated and ancillary site works.
It will also include the extinguishment of the existing pedestrian right of way, reduction of earth mounding by circa 3.4 m and formation of new pedestrian right of way at new boundary with site of St Patrick's Church.
There will be road marking and landscaping of the existing Fingal County Council public car park at the north west boundary with school at Blackcourt Road.
It is one of many school projects funded by the new government’s additional €150m capital investment in the economy over 2013-2014 providing new jobs and badly needed new school buildings.
